What if I keyed in the wrong address?Immediately inform us within 2h after payment. If your Bak kwa has been delivered to the wrong location, you will have to top up the same amount to be delivered to you.

Does 幸福 make their own bak kwa?Yes! Our pork jerky (or bak kwa) is made entirely by hand in our central kitchen. We make our Bak Kwa fresh daily before sending out for delivery. Using whole pork strips, marinating it before we barbeque each slice over charcoal.

How much are your delivery fees?A delivery fee of $6 applies per location. Delivery charge $15 ( Only for Sentosa and Tuas) Example: If you order 2 sets and want to delivery to 2 locations that will cost $12.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order. Once we receive it, we begin preparing and grilling fresh bak kwa right away.

How long can my Bak Kwa be stored?As our bak kwa contains 0 preservatives, try to consume within 3 days from the date of purchase, keep refrigerated.

How should I stored my Bak KwaKeep the bak kwa in a place away from direct sunlight and ensure it doesn't come into contact with water.

Terms & ConditionPayment Verification: Upon successful transaction by manual payment, please send a copy of your receipt via WhatsApp to +65 8663 3262. ( Only for paynow/UEN transaction ). Verification will be conducted, and a confirmation reply will be provided within 24 hours. Self-Collection: Self-collection is not available on the same day. (Please contact us via WhatsApp 8336 3262 for same-day collection orders.) Self-collection is available during the following time slots: A) 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM B ) 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Delivery note: All orders will be dispatched from 02/01/2025 onward, with the latest dispatch date being 23/01/2025 for normal delivery. Incorrect Location: In the event that the provided delivery location is incorrect, additional charges may apply. The customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred due to the wrong location provided.
